Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't — here's exactly what happens next.

What can be returned or exchanged?

We accept returns/exchanges if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (bad print, torn fabric, colour bleeding)
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is significantly different from what was shown on the website

We do NOT accept returns/exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size (please check our size guide carefully before ordering)
  • You simply changed your mind after the product arrived
  • The product has been worn, washed, or the tags removed
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery

How to raise a return/exchange request

Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp at +91 77258 14751 within 7 days of delivery
Step 2: Send us — your order number + 2–3 clear photos of the issue
Step 3: We review and respond within 24 hours (usually faster)
Step 4: If approved, we arrange a reverse pickup from your location
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we process your refund or send the replacement

Original payment method (card/UPI) 5–7 business days
Store credit / coupon Within 24 hours of return receipt
COD orders Bank transfer within 3–5 business days (we'll ask for your bank details)

Size exchanges

If the size doesn't fit — we'll exchange it, but only if:

  • The product is unworn and unwashed
  • Tags are still attached
  • You reach out within 7 days of delivery
  • The correct size is in stock

Exchange shipping is free if the original product had a defect. If it's a size issue on your end, a flat ₹80 re-shipping fee applies.

What we can't fix

We print-on-demand. This means slight variations in print placement (±1–2 cm) are normal and not considered defects. The mock-up images on the website are as close as possible to the actual product, but screen colors and print colors can vary slightly.

If you're unsure about a color or print style — DM us before ordering. We'll answer honestly.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, printing begins and cancellation isn't possible.
