Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp.
How to track
Option 1 — Use the link we sent you
After dispatch, we send an SMS and WhatsApp message with a direct tracking link. Click it to see real-time status.
Option 2 — Track directly on the courier website
Your tracking number will start with letters that identify the courier:
- Delhivery: Track at delhivery.com/tracking
- Ekart: Track at ekartlogistics.com
- Other couriers: The tracking link in your SMS will take you to the right place
Option 3 — Email us
Email uditkumartimwari903@gmail.com with your order number and we'll share the tracking details within a few hours.
Order status explained
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Order Confirmed | We received your order, printing begins soon |
| In Production | Your T-shirt is being printed |
| Dispatched | Left our facility, on its way to you |
| In Transit | Moving through courier network |
| Out for Delivery | Courier is delivering today |
| Delivered | Marked delivered by courier |
| Delivery Attempted | Courier tried but couldn't reach you — they'll retry |
My order shows "Delivered" but I didn't get it
First — check with neighbors, building security, or your mailbox. Couriers sometimes leave packages there.
